Fee Waivers and Delegation Scholarships

CTMUN is committed to education for all. This means recognizing that the costs associated with attending MUN conferences can be an obstacle for some to participate. CTMUN is committed to ensuring that any student interested in attending our conference is afforded the opportunity. To accomplish this mission, we dedicate a portion of our profits to directly support delegations and individual students through scholarships. Conference waivers are available to eligible delegations, as well as direct scholarships to assist with the cost of attendance. Students and/or sponsors who are interested may submit an application below.

Senior Scholarship

We are excited to announce our CTMUN Global Impact Challenge!

The Global Impact Challenge has been designed to allow delegates to display their creativity beyond debate. The overall theme of this challenge is based on the “United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.” Delegates have devoted their time and effort to CTMUN for years and we hope to take this opportunity to give back to our delegate community.

The Global Impact Challenge has the potential to foster a sense of “global citizenship” and further emphasize CTMUN’s goal of allowing these delegates to tackle real-world issues through a simulation.

Participation Rule: Any high school senior delegates participating in the CTMUN Spring Conference are eligible to enter this contest. The participants must abide by the given rules of submission.

Students will be awarded $500 to further their higher education goals.

Submissions can be in the form of a research paper, presentation, video submission, creative piece (artwork, poetry) and Passion Project Proposal. For more information, please visit the submission form for specific submission criteria.
